Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Because each order is packed by hand, orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.

Once packaged, orders are dropped off with USPS as soon as possible. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Fleuryx currently ships within the United States only.

Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more

Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days after shipment.


Expedited Shipping

Customers may choose faster shipping options at checkout for an additional cost.

Expedited shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated based on destination and carrier availability.

Selecting expedited shipping does not change order processing time, but it will shorten the delivery time once the package has shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Fleuryx is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS carrier delays
• weather events
• holidays
• incorrect shipping addresses
• other circumstances outside our control


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Fleuryx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
