All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Because each order is packed by hand, orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.

Once packaged, orders are dropped off with USPS as soon as possible. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Domestic (United States)

  • $6.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $40

  • Free shipping on orders of $40 or more

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or store credit within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Because wildflower seeds are a living product, returns are accepted only for unopened seed tubes in their original condition.

  • Custom or wholesale orders

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Store Credit (Recommended Option)

  • Fleuryx provides a prepaid return label once the return is approved.

  • Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at contact@fleuryx.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
